      FTA "Under U.S. law, crimes aboard U.S. ships or against U.S. citizens can be prosecuted in U.S. courts, even when they occur in international waters."
      That's all fine and dandy but the problem is that the FBI can and will only go after the group who attacked the ship. We need to destroy every one of these terrorist pirates which the FBI does not have the jurisdiction or the manpower to do.
      This is a Navy/Marines solution.

          No it isn't. There are still thousands of these terrorists floating around waiting to strike again. They still have control of 17 other ships in the region. Do you not care about that???
