they do have very hard names to understand.. which is the first name.. what to call them.. .. I've had to call several to appraiser their houses.. .. I have a Chinese friend who speaks perfect english .. who calls and makes my appointments and explains to them what is necessary for me to do my inspection ... and then tells me which is first and last name.. and tells me how to act in their house.. some want shoes removed.. to others it's not a big deal.. while I'm there to do my job.. it is also THEIR HOUSE...
