      This is a total crock.

The true secret of being thin is eating ONLY when you are hungry, but avoiding getting so hungry that you eat like a pig.

Most naturally thin people I know (as well as myself) eat what they want, when they want, but they do eat slowly enough to recognize when they have had enough.

Most naturally thin people I know do not obsess about food nor even think much one way or another about what they are eating.

Most naturally thin people I know don't think twice about missing a meal if they are not hungry when it's time to eat. Likewise, they might get too involved with what they're doing to eat -- eating is not their number 1 priority.
