It\'s every traveler\'s nightmare: the pilot of the plane you\'re flying in dies. But that was the reality for some passengers when the pilot of a twin-engine plane died after takeoff from an airport in Naples, Fla. Luckily, one person with flying experience took over the controls and was able to land safely in Fort Myers.

    He was a brave man taking over , he was licensed for a single engine planes but isn't certified to fly the large King Air craft.

      I Imagine that having some experience in flying was very beneficial in this passenger being able to bring this plane down safely.

            Anytime you can walk away from the plane it's a good landing. If you can fly the same plane again tomorrow it's a great landing.
