One London school went to a doormen’ s agency for “ cover supervisors” , who
watch over lessons when teachers are away, and gave jobs to two bouncers,
one of whom is still at the school.

    Who are these bouncers...off duty cops? Or are they off duty cab drivers?

      They are usually guys with experience of youth work.There have been the odd occasions, where untrained police and military are used,which is way out of line.
      Most schools in the UK have no security people in them though.
