Maybe we should start this questionare again with the subjects living in an environment capible of determining a psychosomatical result...or the conclusions from the interactions between the physical and phychic.

Crime does not exist inside an individual. It exists from the outside stimulus as cuasals and effectuals that permeate within.

What I saw when I looked at the interactive graphics was influence. I thought the maps showed an influence of environment and attitudes. Not all, but many are influenced by the attitudes around them.

You say newborns are not criminals - I can agree with that. Crime not existing inside an individual I think is debatable. Psychosis comes from within. Not from stimuli. Stimuli can worsen a psychosis - not cause it. This derangement comes directly from the brain.
I thought it was a fairly straight forward questionare, simply done. 600,000 is a pretty fair sampling . I just thought it was interesting and had no idea anyone would be dismayed at such a silly thing.
