If your tenant has skipped out on all of their loans and credit card payments, and all the judgments related to them in a period longer than five years ago.
They could have been living on their cash/salary, and choosing to rent where people couldn't afford time or money for court enforcement.
And if you do get the credit report done and there's nothing on it bad, you're already practically forced to rent to them.
Most of the stuf from this regularly submitted site is bunk.-
