Napolitano seems to be in a stand-off with the officials at the American Legion and is standing by the report, according to the latest articles on this subject.

How sad and disheartening that this administration is labeling those very people that have served in the military to protect us from terrorism, to protect our freedoms, are targeted in this odious, speculative report.
The fact that conservative parties, both republican and libertarian, and now our military, are even associated with the term terrorism speaks volumes of Ms. Napolitano and her associates and their agenda of making the US into a one-party system.
