Does the circumcision prevent sharing infected body fluids? Seems to me this is a half-baked idea stemming out of desperation while not wanting to change sexual habits as real prevention.

Circumcision is an age old practice dating back to thousands of years. It is Saint Paul who advised the followers of Christ against it, it is he who preached against the preaching of Christ but Jews and Muslims practice it even today. I am not sure of the Zionist Jews.

Was that a real statement? You're not sure about the Zionist Jews? What are they teaching you in your Mosques today? The only difference between Zionist Jews and any other Jew is that Zionists are committed to Israel. Other than that, they practice the same religious rituals. That's the same as my saying that "I'm not sure if all Muslims aren't terrorists". Be careful before you post anything. You might just post something which sounds really stupid.

There is a reason why adult males don't want to be circumcised. I would think that the reason for the low rate of HIV infection after circumcision is probably the fact that no male wants to have sex for about 2 years. OUCH......just thinking about it!!

I just love the wacky science coming out of Africa. The circumcision lobby there is determined that they are correct. But who's behind them? Now that's an interesting question. P.S. The authors of this study should share their findings with all the people who have died of HIV/AIDS.

DAYLIGHT please stop reading your bible out of context.... Your way off, read the whole story first and learn why he was even addressing the topic of circumcision. Paul never preached against the preaching of christ either....Keep reading completely and i'm sure you'll understand the complete message.

The HIV rates for the EU are about HALF that of the US.
In the EU male circumcision is almost never done (insurances do not cover it, most women don't like it) while in the US circumcision is performed on the majority or male births.
As of right now, male circumcision has killed more males than HIV/AIDS has. This low-ball estimate takes into consideration surgical procedures worldwide throughout the twentieth century, and the countries where circumcision is most commonly performed, such as the US, Canada, and the middle east.
Actually, the US should have lower rates than a lot of the countries that do better in controlling HIV epidemiology in their populations, but there have been some pretty bad decisions made on the policies required.
