      16th Amendment is illegal.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

This amendment contradicts the orders of previous amendments...particularly the 9th and 10th amendments...plus it puts the prohibit of slavery and involuntary servitude into question.13th amendment.

It is unethical to believe the one equal with you and elected by you has this much power. And to tax without regard to the census...??? The Ninth 9th states, The enumeration in the Constitution shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people...yet here is where they clearly did...the 16th clearly shows it's illegality.
