So what's next, are we going to start prosecuting the snipers that killed the pirates in Somalia? Just like the terrorists that the Liberals want to protect, the pirates should have a trial in the USA right? What's the difference?

In all fairness, this is Bush's fault. He could have understood that these four terrorists are better off dead but instead he would rather prosecute our soldiers.
