Here is a dose of reality for Republicans. As Geraldo Rivera pointed out last night on FNC’s Hannity the 2006 Great American Boycott drew more people in Chicago, than the entire Tea Party movement did across the country. 400,000 people attended the 2006 Chicago rally compared to roughly 200,000 for tea parties around the country.

    Is Geraldo Rivera not the one who wore disguises and worked for the Law enforcement, and while he was still a news correspondent?
    Anyway...good for them...the 14th amendment, 1st section states:All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.     Sounds like a citizen is overlooked...and I do not see anywhere that money is required.

      i was enjoying the reports that over a million people came out to protest on april 15. now the number is down to only 200,000.

      this reminds me of the global war protests about 5 years ago. It was cited in the news as "tens of thousands of protesters around the globe" when there were over 800,000 people protesting across the globe.

      that's always an interesting way of spinning it.

      "tens" of 80,000 protesters
      or better:
      "ones" of 800,000 protesters
