    The govermment had been weighing whether to bring the suspect to trial in the United States or hand him over to authorities in Kenya, which has an agreement to prosecute pirates.

      Bring him to the US.

      Locky can be the judge;

      Libsr can be the jury and

      prophypocrite can be the executioner.

      They're the only ones who know how to deal with pirates and terrorists anyway.
