Scratch Homeland Security Off the GOP Platform »

Posted By Spadecaller 7 months, 3 weeks ago in Political News

Despite Bush’s documented reports on the large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, right-wing extremists, skinheads, and other white supremacists who are learning the art of warfare in the armed forces, many Republicans are so desperate to restore their party image that they are willing to put partisan politics above homeland security. Republicans are now arguing that, for politically correct and politically expedient reasons, we should ignore this possible domestic terror threat identified by George Bush's FBI and George Bush's Department of Defense.

Why do many Republicans want to quiet the media from covering these right-wing extremist threats? Is it because their most energized supporters are now on the fringes of their floundering party that has lost touch with mainstream America?

The small energized base of the GOP today are made up of extremists – the supporters who are the first to scream racist remarks about President Obama, and the first to protest against the current administration. And what is left of the party without them?

What happened to the party that once presented itself as the great protector of homeland security? I guess it is now more obvious that their personal careers and politics come first. I suppose some of these politicians would not mind a successful terrorist attack during President Obama’s watch; of course, as long a bomb does not hit the Capitol Building, when Congress is in session.

Exactly which side is the Republicans standing? On the side of supremacists and extremists or on the side of vigilance to a national threat in the form of terrorism?

What concerns me is that with this kind of reaction by the GOP, their refusal to cooperate with supporting Homeland security could result in a catastrophic event that will take the lives of many Americans and then be politicized in order to blame the Obama administration.

Its an example of what happens with party over country. Their agenda got kicked to he curb in November, instead of changing the agenda they they will do whatever they believe it takes to keep iot going even if it means the nation falling.

Nothing they do, or are willing to do, surprises me anymore! It's all about them, forget everything else, concentrate on republicans because they want to get back into power and get their hands back into Americans pockets.. It's all about power, control and money to them!

That's right ... Bachman, Palin, Limbaugh, Hannity, and their insane followers from the KKK, white supremacists, and neonazis groups need more assault weapons and extra ammunition so they can bring "change" they can believe in.

They would like to see the President's assassination. According to these mentally defective extremists they believe their hate and outrage is justified.

The real reason behind the outrage against Obama is racism. Most of us know it.

But these cowards (like Locky) hate Jews and blacks and don't have the honesty to admit the truth so they pretend they are "outraged" about taxes and profound principles.

Meanwhile, there are more tax breaks for more Americans now than Bush ever provided the middle class. The real enemy in our nation is a combination of career politicians who need these sicos to manipulate to safe their sorry-ass careers. It is the same phenomenon that gave Hitler power to exploit Germans, which led to scapegoating innocent people, liberal Jews, alleged communists, and anyone that they perceived was the cause of their discontent.

Those that remain silent to and support the denial of legitimate hate groups who have been exposed for threatening to assassination the President and for threatening to blow up government buildings will have the blood of innocent victims on their hands, just as Timothy McVeigh had the blood of those that he was responsible for killing in Ok.

Fox News celebs, Bachman, Palin, Hannity, Limbaugh, and the fools that believe these groups are either justified or benign in their outrage will have the blood on their hands from inciting these deranged sociopaths.

The call to ignore violent extremism is premeditated.

Standing behind Fox and other mainstream media companies are lobbyists and the sponsoring corporations that profit from war and military intervention.

They do not want peace and they want the GOP back in power. The power of the military industrial complex pulls the purse strings of the lobbyists who back the politicians - those who will represent their interests. And their interests are related to war and violence.

Inciting violent racists to murder President Obama is not just an idle consequence of a few fringe politicians. Most of the GOP knows that they are unleashing the hate that is easy to tap into. What are they willing to do to maintain and to restore their control over the corporations that profit from conflict? You tell me!

Glen Goebbles Beck, calling Obama a facist, with pictures of lockstepping facist WW1 footage in the background, is a call for violence by the extremists like McVey, or extremists like abortion clinic bombers or assassins.

Faux Noise is a terrorist anti-american propanda arm for billionaire mogals, brainwashing right wing morons into voting for the rich, and now with this new wave of Bachman spew and Limpboy swiftboating, NRA extremism, its a blatant call for violence against percieved non-con institutions.

Usually, the flag waving con coward hypocrits who are shouting socialist are on unempoloyment or disibility or former on the government dole military.....

Your constitution gave rights to the people that to me is still something that should be respected. I do not favor extremists of any sort but the constitution does grant them the right to excist and preach what ever they wish. To me the more important part of this situation is the understanding that these people do excist both on the right and left and having faith in a legal system that will prosecute those who actually do commit crimes against society or individuals. I am not a citizen of your country but I would find it easier to accept a law that severly punished those who carried out actions of hatred or even treason than to destroy the rights given by the constitution.
Have to get back to work so I'll check back later, to me this is a very important topic given the times that you are going through right now.

Truth is...the homeland security is one of the largest mistakes the legislatures could have ever made...it gave the police forces the union power they needed to overtake the police forces appointed by a mayor. Very unethical.

You commies shouldn't be to quick to slam the door on half the country. We want the same thing you do,that is besides the handouts. We heard Obama mention jobs in the private sector, not yet in fact many businesses are predicting job losses way into two thousand ten,and beyond.I guess one,and one quarter trillion dollars doesn't go that far.I think the senate is going to push hard for "cap & trade"That will start to pay big bucks to Al Gore,I guess you could call that one job.I supose thats private sector. When you are forced to sell your car,and other items lets hope the banks will loan the buyers at least enough to pay you maybe ten percent of it real value.A lot you have been on the dole so long you can't imagine it will end.I guess hope springs eternal

And To think this is the "PRO-Life" Party. They are the ones that keep these gun shows in business. Buying guns in order to kill their Fellowman. The GOP Party show be called the Party of Contradiction. Pro-Life when you are in the Womb, but will kill your ass after you're born like a dog in the streets.

Republicans are the fascist dictators and terrorist in the near future. Wasn't it at a RECENT CPAC meeting (A gathering of the HEADS of the Republican Elite) where their cheered and applauded the statement "Those with the guns make the rules"

So much for Democracy, Republicans only want to be thugs...

OK, I guess I'm with the conservatives on this one. Fukkabuncha Homeland Security. Ditto for the TSA and the Border Patrol. I don't like living in a police state. I didn't like it when the rat b@stards were spying on the likes of Cindy Sheehan and the Quakers and I don't like it any better just because they are now playing thought police to the right wing.

Are you now throwing in with the jack-booted thugs just because they are spying the right now instead of the left? If it was wrong then, it's wrong now.
