Esta nueva versión se publica en un disco compacto de 700 megas y ninguno de los contenidos se ha retirado ya que es la última generación Vortex emitida en CD y las próximos serán en DVD.
El diseño de esta versión se inspira del sistema operativo “Red Vista”, pero con una nueva y diferente visión, mucho mas hermosa y atractiva.
Vortex Vista Third Generation (3G-RED) es más seguro, más fácil y flexible. No necesita CD-Key ni tampoco activación, y está firmado digitalmente para obtener mayor seguridad.
