I watched closely what the US did since 2005 to influence Hugo Chavez, then watched jimmy Carter again travel there and report good. I witnessed the attempt to overthrow Hugo Chavez, by the US, and the militia saved the day; while too journalist from Ireland recorded on film the whole thing from inside Venezuela's capitol.
I witnessed Hugo Chavez declare to his citizens, if you do not have land...pick a spot owned by government and go to the court house to get a deed. I also see how he shares his oil, with checks monthly to women of every house-hold. He told the men...go to work...their's work.
Here, we lost our mineral rights...right from under us...and why..eminent domain!

    Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Amendment XIII

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

See the words duly convicted...add that to due process. Then wonder how does the government think that the 5th amendment is the grounds for eminent domain? Duly- * In a due, fit, or becoming manner; as it ought to be; properly; Regularly; at the proper time

Obama's attitude towards other leaders is really commendable. Obama is an angel compare to Bush is a devil and he is a criminal and a bully.
