Again and again we see our "polishedticians" get elected and then carry out their own agendas.

What does lobbying the Justice Department to "reduce espionage-related charges" have to do with "...establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..."
