This particular article is an opinion piece written by a congresswoman who did not approve of any of the methods in the torture memos.

More than one person in Congress objected to torture--in fact, most didn't even know about it. These issues were only discussed with select committees--not every member of Congress was even aware they existed, and they weren't brought to a floor vote. I don't know where you get so much wrong information, unless you're just making it up.
