This Earth Day, help us turn 3 million people into climate activists: starting with you. Here at Greenpeace, we're pushers of a controlled substance. It's called hope. And our new "Inspiring Action" video is dizzy with it.

I do work on the environment as I can. The deniers will always be here. I have no idea what their reasoning is

      I am a climate activist:

active in the knowledge that recent human history of so-called anthropogenic warming is not enough evidence to trump 4 billion years of earth's evolution. Extravagant claims (human caused global warming), requires extravagant evidence. Evidence that has been rigorously studied and re-studied to approach the truth. It is not scientifically credible that only 50 or so years of studying earths 4 billion year climate cycle, would the human species be so arrogant to assume that we have THE answer.

On the other hand, we should all strive to use the earth's resources more wisely.

Amazing that cons always have a storehouse of misinformation at hand to spew, based on making the rich richer of course. At the heart, its the only arguement cons have, all else is just sophistry. Follow the money, and you'll find a theiving lying con manipulating and lying and misinforming and inventing and relying on superstition and swiftboating to make the case that the rich should get richer.

You want extravagant evidence, the melting of the artic isn't good enough. You and your ilk, BCK, are a bunch of brainwashed idiots, who have a financial intrest in the status quo, and a hatred for any progress that would cost big oil a dime.

The scum of the planet, I give you the right wing deniers.

It was global cooling in the 70's and the world was going thru another glaciation because of pollution blocking out the suns' rays.
But the ice caps are melting, there are more weird weather patterns.
The polluting has created a warmer earth and a toxic earth.
        Are humans the entire cause?

buck: we don't have 4 billion years to study the entire climate cycle, if the "extravagant scientists" are wrong no problem, but what if they're right? and if we keep thinking like you we'll be lucky if we survive the next 40 years
