Well, the results of our corrupt oligarchs "investing" in military imperialism and "financial" speculation become clearer to see all the time. In the developed world we have by far the highest rates of violent crime and prisoners. We are getting what the oligarchs paid for.

This story is played out in large urban areas across The U.S. every day. It's about unchecked power and ignorance of the governed. I do not blame 'Da mayor of Detroit. It's in his nature to fleece the flock. Sooner or later, the flock must get sick and tired of being sick and tired, and rise up. This requires a leader... not a psuedo Reverend, but a person who has the intelligence to communicate a vision and the character to lead a population. Opportunity knocks in Detroit, and in cities all across this country.
