The biggest survey of its kind, conducted by the Department of Health, found that children are not getting the recommended one hour of physical activity outside of school times.

    What? They left out the hyper ones? The ones drinking caffeine?
    We need a think-tank...to sort all this out...plus...a child's metabolism is higher than an adult's...probably the recession/depression that got them grounded...good looking out.
