At 62 I was becoming worried about my short term memory loss. I talked to my Dr. about it and he sent me to a Neuropsychologist. I was given a series of tests over four hours and the results were that I had better memory than most people in my age group. I try and exercise my brain and commenting here on propeller is helping, I think.
