It doesn't really answer the question, however, of "What if she is actually a spy?"

In fact a NY Post article ridiculing the possibility that she might be a spy lends more credence to the fact she might BE a spy for the US.

Kind of reminds me what style of government we'd get if we let the cons rule.

"Kind of reminds me what style of government we'd get if we let the cons rule."

    Well, let's see:
The Mullah's in Iran believe in:
No sex education for teens & no distribution of condoms, no abbortions under any circumstances (taking away the women's right to choose), home schooling, abstract science.

    Sara Palin believes in:
No sex education for teens & no distribution of condoms, no abbortions under any circumstances (taking away the women's right to choose), home schooling, abstract science.

Yep, their values are pretty similiar. Maybe the Mullah's could put a burka on Palin and have her preach Republican values in Iran as well?

    From the Article:
For months, the state-owned media in the Islamic Republic in Iran has been whipping up frenzy about alleged plots to topple the regime. This was supposed to happen through a "velvet revolution," a "Freemason conspiracy," or "soft overthrow."

Hey Dionys, maybe she is a Freemason???

Saberi is an ideal face for the sinister conspiracy campaign that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad regards as essential to ensure his re-election in June.

To start with, Saberi is both an insider and an outsider. Her father is an Iranian who has lived in the United States since the revolution. Her mother is Japanese. She herself was born an American but was recently engaged to marry Iranian filmmaker Bahman Ghobadi.

Saberi is also a reporter, a profession the Islamist regime in Tehran hates.

The Khomeinist regime has always regarded women as one of its three worst enemies, the other two being Jews and Americans. The first demonstration against Khomeinism consisted entirely of women, and was held on International Women's Day, March 8, 1979 in Tehran, less than four weeks after the mullahs had seized power. Mrs. Shirin Ebadi, the first Iranian awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, has emerged as one of the most hated figures of the regime's loyal opposition. Since last January, scores of women fighting for women's rights have been arrested and sentenced to varying terms of imprisonment.

MAYBE SHE IS A POTENTIAL NOBEL PRIZE LAUREATE??

Well, certainly not three enemies but two.Just a correction here that the Jews are not the enemy but the Zionists are the enemies. Judaism and Zionism are not the same. In regard to women, Islam honors and respects women but there are rules for every individuals. So the believing men and women should respect the Islamic laws but the rights in Islam are a separate issue.Western world should realize that Islam is not a Western Democracy but it provides more security and freedom to people but it doesn't allow immorality and unruly behavior. Muslim countries will never accept Western Democracy which is the most corrupted system in the world, it is worse than that of the puppet regimes of the Middle East because it corrupts young people and make them zombies. Everybody loves freedom but the freedom must not mislead people to indulge in immorality.

Iran is the most evil place on earth. Obama wants to "negotiate" with wickedness. What a fool.
