The government sector’s version of Adam Smith’s invisible hand is – take your pick – the visible fist or the middle finger. Fortunately, we can try to change this, at least on the margin. And the way to do so is to call for some Bush administration officials to be prosecuted.

    You want to prosecute Bush? Really?
    How about Clinton? I can think of several charges offhand. You'd best be careful before you go down this road. Obama and Holder may find THEMSELVES in the dock after he leaves office.
    The International Criinal Court wants to prosecute Bush? Then the EU had best be prepared to declare war on the US to extradite him.
