Reminds me of the hooded men in Africa, that appeared right after Bush went to the congress and got money for covert men...to carry out his wishes.

Also, reminds me of the girl with the cell phone and shoe box...that robbed three large banks here in the United States just before Christmas one year...I do not recall a follow up, of where she was apprehended. She did this while talking on the cell phone in a mysterious voice...and without a gun. -
