thewingnuts are the ones that believe that waterboarding is torture under Federal laws. The process in this country is if you do not like the laws then work to change them.

PS Congress in 2002 was briefed on the methods that were going to be used and all but 1 agreed and some asked if harsher methods should be used. So are we going to try the congress people that attended those briefings and did nothing to change the law? Liberals are so silly when they rant without knowing what the law says.
