Obama, not having a candidate more qualified than himself, will probably nominate himself to fill a dual role.

Can't say conservatives will much miss Souter, and apart from some of the extremists Bill Clinton tried to insult the country with, Obama can't do much worse.-

Who gives a crap what conservatives are insulated with. Insulting conservatives, the ones that destroyed the economy, and murdered 5000 americans in their neocon crusade, tortured prisoners, and discraced the reputation of the US, vilolated every law to prusue their agenda of greed and corruption, legislating extremist religious supersition.

Cons have given up their credibility, they are morally bankrupt relativists, incapable of anything but paranoid authoritarian greed lies and brutality. Cons are traitors, selling out America to prusue their agenda.
We need a non catholic non evangelical non superstitious judge to uphold the principles of the country, not activist con judges like Thomas, who is completely insane, or the Catholic majority anti-abortion baby jesus worshipping psycho's that Bush Appointed. -

I'm so glad that we have a Centrist President in office now.

The past eight years of Right Wing Extremist Ideologues have given rise to some of the most egregious Activist Judges in recent memory.
Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and especially Scallia ... have made the Court a bastion of Right Wing activism.
Thomas has openly said he doesn't believe in precedent - which is one of the pillars of our Judicial system.
Scalia is quite loony. He bases his judgements on 'What Was Jefferson Thinking at the Time". I'm serious ... he adheres to the Ideology of "ORIGINALISM" ... where he 'channels' our founding fathers ... puts himself in their shoes ... and imagines what their original intent was ... IN 1790!
These guys are very, very bright ... but it just goes to show ... you can be very, very bright ... and just one step away from insane.
