That is not unexpected or unusual considering that over five million people are afflicted with it today.In the future, we may see over 14 million Americans with the problem.

My wife's grandmother has this. My mother used to head Altzheimers units when I was a kid. It seems to much more common these days then it used to be. but I've heard they are making huge advances in uncovering the causes and developing potential cures for this one.
