However, their size should in no way be considered as an indication of their functions. These two small glands are quite busy, and play a role in several of the body’s working systems, they also have a HUGE impact on your energy level. If the adrenal glands are sluggish and un-healthy than you will no doubt feel drained, and seriously fatigued. However, all this exhaustion doesn’t mean that will sleep well, you may find that come night fall you can’t sleep, but when the sun rises you are so tired you can’t form a single thought.
