    It is the only court that has the final say on Judicial Review--that is, the constitutionality of a law or action.

      I don't want judges who feel they need to rewrite the Constitution. I fear more activists on the Supreme Court. If you want to change the laws, join the House and write laws. I don't want a judge selected because he meets skin color requirements or that she's a lesbian or he's a whatever. I want the best jurist on the Court. I'm also tired of the name calling and lies.

        On this we completely agree. I would add that I deplore any litmus test such as directly questioning judicial candidates on controversial issues that they have not adjudicated previously.
