    Hopefully this offshore tax excuse will not be the cover to hire 800 Gestapo agents to go after the individual taxpayer.

      Let's hope they go after the companies that recieved tax payer funded tarp and bail-out money who hid their assets in these offshore accounts so they didn't have to pay taxes.

      Citigroup alone had 427 subsidiaries in tax havens
