I want to complain about Capitol One Bank. I paid off 100% of my credit card bill after missing it one month where they charged me outrageous interest and late fee. The late fee was taken off. The next month after paying it off 100% they still charged me interest saying It takes two months to lose the thieving interest charge. That is what he person from out of the US (probably India) told me. This is abuse. If anyone has similar experiences, let me know. I'd like to start a class action suit.

As of today the tests seem to be instilling confidence. Bank of America stock is up over a dollar a share today alone. I think we are headed for correction. I have pulled most of my money from the market and am waiting to see what happens. I may lose some gains in the meantime but I think in the end it will pay off.
