It makes no differance who was involved, weather it was Dem and Rep former president vice president, to me non should get away with toture charges, if they did it then they should be prosecuted to the fullest. We are Americans and we do not uphold torture. For one we are a nation that is much different then others, why should we lower ourself as others do?
