Carbohydrates or “carbs”, as most people refer to them these days, are the number one enemy to fat burning in most people’s diets. While it may seem more logical to limit fat in the diet when trying to get rid of fat, the body’s biochemical reaction to excess carbs will stop fat burning dead in its tracks. This is often how lose weight programs fail, because the importance of limiting carbohydrates is not stressed enough.

      Even worse, the insulin increase following a high carb meal stimulates the synthesis of cholesterol.

      People on a high carb diet generally have higher blood-cholesterol than those on a high fat diet.

      Complex carbs as in whole grains do not cause the insulin increase seen with simple carbs (such as sugar), and are therefore much better for you.

        What an excellent story. People must care on the diet what they take. Many points that many dont know what make them fat.
