    Nano motors were around in 1984...and the same Scientific American carried stories of it's use...I found that using these allowed the use of crystaline particals that closed open circuits and replaced themselves after a period of use...allowing circuits essentially to repair themselves....adding or subtracting the needed repair of a failing circuit somewhere else.
