If Card Check becomes a reality, look for the unions to target service sector companies like FedEx and WallMart to replace all the members they've been losing in the manufacturing sector. And then look for those well run companies to get a government bailout a la Chrysler 10 years down the road, with the unions trumping senior bondholders for the assets of the failed companies.
