Good Lord, what's this world coming to?

See what happens when you turn a bunch of ignorant, backwoods rednecks loose with a gun?? And then these people scream and cry about their right to bear arms.. AGAINST CHILDREN!
It's no better in the inner cities with kids killing eachother. These are the best reasons i can think of for fire arm regulations, because it's happening wayyyy too much!-

We already have fire arm regs Needy and it doesn't stop idiots from killing for no good reason. When you say reg, do you talk about regulation or trying to take everyone's guns away? I'm interested what your thoughts of what these additional reg would do.

There has been alot of this going on lately, the old saying is, it's not guns that kill you, it the person who has no sence when owning one who points it at anyone. I agree with that, there are some people who are insane when it come to handeling a gun and others use them with caution! You dont just stand there and and shot at children that is plum crazy. Those are the kind of people who causes gun bans.

People with good sense don't really want a house full of guns. That is a recipe for disaster every time.

It's the paranoid schitzo's out here that think everyone is out to get them and that they need an arsenal to protect themselves.

This makes me sick, these people are monsters. I'd say to kill them eye for an eye because my emotions make me want them to hurt. But death is too good for f*cking scum like them. These two are NOTHING but trash and deserve to live a life of pure misery until they atone for their crimes.

Note: I don't believe in the death penalty as a general rule but I make exceptions, as long as the death is painless. I also dislike torture and feel it's inhumane, however against monsters such as this, even liberal ol' me tends to make an exception -_--

I understand your anger. Like you I don't think we should just 'torture' either.
What I can't grasp is, (correct me if I'm wrong here) that the left leaning minds are quite willing to make an exception here, but when it comes to 3,000 deaths they see that as a less significant reason.

In Texas, if certain match, they would get the death penalty.

I've heard a few of you talk about gun control. If there had bed gun control when I was 14, I would be dead now. My step father try to kill my MOM and me, I shot him ( no it didn't kill him) when he came in my bedroom, naked, trying to kill me. That is what a gun is for, to save your life, not for a moron like these two.
Maybe we need to test people to see if they are a moron or not, and not sale them guns. They have no idea what they are for.-

In this country we are equal under the law: the protection of the second amendment does not apply to only smart people. The accused used only a shotgun, not an assualt weapon or high-powered rifle. There is no regulation or law that could have prevented their bad judgement.

N2N says: "Recently a family in Ky, that looked much like these people, had one member go berzerk and kill his father, over a disagreement they had.. " and also says"
Reply
"Yep, you can tell who they voted for, just by looking at them"
Why are you so hung-up on what they look like? That says more about you than it does about them.-

Even these "crazy looking" people would likely have passed any objective psychological tests we could devise. Maybe you need to bring people in with you, when buying a gun, who will co-sign as being responsible for what you do with your purchase.

I am curious , where do some of you live? you don't have to be too specific, but it would be interesting to know because of your posted reaction to guns in the house - I live on the edge of NYC - lived & worked here all my life - never felt the need to be armed & I have certainly worked in rough areas - RRcon lives in Boston - don't blame him that's a cesspool - don't you watch Boston Legal? - Will lives on a canal to the ocean - so he must be in Fla. - he gets a pass on carrying - all those old folks down there are paranoid.

But where do the rest of you live? in the country? been reading "In Cold Blood"?-

Actually I live a couple of hundred miles from where that incident happened. When I worked in corrections years ago, I had an inmate that committed an almost identical crime, killing a preacher and his wife and maiming their two children, simply because they were being good samaritans and let them in to use the phone. Just 5 miles from where I live, an army sgt, his wife, and 12 year old son were murdered while attempting to help to help fix a broke-down car.....the owner of the car?........Roger Dale Stafford, the Sirloin Stockade murderer who killed several people in a robbery. So, you can call it paranoia and make fun of In Cold Blood, but it does happen.

I am frankly astounded by the ignorance in some of the comments that people post on here. You can tell who they voted for by the way that they look? They must be republicans?
Reply
What the real issue here is the lack of value placed on life by these two individuals. They should have called the police if they were concerned about trespassers. These people need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law and the fact that they are "white " has nothing to do with the amount or type of punishment they shall receive. There are ALOT of white, black and hispanic people on death row. That is a totally ignorant racist statement. -

The only thing that I truel know is, that a little boy lost his life and everyone is aruging about all kinds of things the story was susopse to be about the child, his sister, father and a family friend. and we have turned it into a zoo of I dont know what. My heart goes out to the family and friends and wishing them the best in life.if we can all agree on this that would be so kind and respectful just in case one of the family members or friends are reading this. And if yous are reading this I am sorry for some of the words that you have read and sorry for your lost of a loved one, nothing we can say can bring him back but you have our blessing may he rest in peace, Our heart and saddness are with you may God be with you all. From all of us here at propeller.

When I submitted this story , I beleived that everyone would feel for the child and the family, looks like I was wrong! you took a heartbreaking story and and turned it all upside down and in every direction that you can think of. I did not know that a little boy getting murderd over someone who thought they were trespassing could turn inteligant adults into as much rage as I have read! Whenever you would read a story like this you always seemed to feel as I do. and you sent thoughts of careing feelings out to the familys and friends, I wonder how the little boys mothers, mothher day was knowing that he was gone forever and not there to spend it with her? Oh he had probley made her cards and picked flowers from someone elses garden for her like all little kids do on the mothers day that he did have with her and hes probley done something so specail that she remembered and it just tore her heart out like it would if she was to read some of these comments. Never forget familys read what we post to see what others think just to give them a little comfort, I know it did my uncle when he read what people had to say when his daughter got her head cut of and nothing was left of her eccept her big toe, because the car went over an inbankment caught on fire and her was cut off. I just want you to know they do read what we have to say. I dont know if it was propeller he read or what, but what he read gave him a little comfot and made him realize that he had other children he had to stay and be strong for. the loss of a chid a parent never gets over. nor what anyone has to say.
