My husband is a diabetic. He is 60yo. His mind is shot. He forgets everything and always seems like he is not a part of the conversation! He excuses himself by saying " I am not a mind reader". My dear late Godmother had Alzheimers and I see so many similarities that it is scarey yet he is in denial instead of trying to get early detection and help. God help us all.
