The US has surpassed Mexico in swine flu cases as US health officials have confirmed 2,532 cases of the disease in different states. However, number of deaths is far lower than in Mexico, as only three deaths have been confirmed in the US while in Mexico there were 48 confirmed deaths from swine flu outbreak.
