Posted By populist 7 months, 1 week ago in Political NewsIntroduced in the South Carolina State Senate on May 6, 2009, the “Firearms Freedom Act” (s-794) seeks “to provide that a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained in South Carolina is exempt from federal regulation under the commerce clause of the Constitution of the United States.”

by that logic, then freedom of speech also gives you the right to setup an amplified PA system in your house and talk all night disturbing your neighbors.
if you really feel like exercising your freedom of speech then turn the volume up to full blast where it will damage their ear-drums.
then, when this obviously presents a clear and present danger, blame it on the right to free speech.
the antagonist headline reads: "First Amendment Presents Clear Danger to Ear Drum"
