Have always thought that the Social Security scare was a conservative tactic to make our retirement hinged on making money for banks and security companies. And we know how great care these institutions took with other people's money. Our present rosy economic conditions is a prime example. Government, unlike what the conservatives swear by, is not the problem in many cases. It's the unhealthy parasitic relationship between business and government that's been the problem the last eight years.
