Dates. The Perfect Muhammadan Faith Tester »

Posted By Mutainia 6 months, 3 weeks ago in Religion

If you are a Muslim who feels virgins await him or her if he or she straps on a bomb to take out infidels and kaffir, I've discovered something in Sahih (the correct) Bukhari Hadith that you might want to study before doing something so drastic. But, before you read it, do you, as a Muslim, believe what Sahih (the correct) Bukhari says? I'm noticing, more and more, that Muslims seem to be losi More..ng faith in the Hadith, so, the following passages may not apply. If they still apply for you, though, check them out and see if you feel they are a good Muslim faith tester:
The Prophet said, "If somebody takes some 'Ajwa dates every morning, he will not be effected by poison or magic on that day till night." (Another narrator said seven dates). (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 663)
Narrated Saud:
I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "If Somebody takes seven 'Ajwa dates in the morning, neither magic nor poison will hurt him that day." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 664)
Narrated Sad:
I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "Whoever takes seven 'Ajwa dates in the morning will not be effected by magic or poison on that day." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 671)
Thus, if a person eats some dates, up to seven, he or she will not be harmed by either magic or poison for that day. We would expect that Muhammad followed this advice and ate dates on a daily basis, especially when the hadith literature tells us that Muhammad used to eat dates:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle never proceeded (for the prayer) on the Day of 'Id-ul-Fitr unless he had eaten some dates. Anas also narrated: The Prophet used to eat odd number of dates. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 15, Number 73

He probably owned a date orchard.
Today he would have hired a consulting firm to publish a report saying that 7 dates a day keep the doctor away. And then worked that into a TV commercial. And then published another report saying this only works with dates grown on his trees.
Who knows, if he had been born 1500 years later he might have been a marketing execuitive.

I am not so certain that our Christian beliefs are such a big departure from that of the Moslem Faith. I believe that Christian Soldiers that have killed innocent civilians including woman and children while occupying foreign countrys would still qualify for entrance into Heaven. Perhaps the question is what exactly one can do in heaven.

Looking at it from the virgin's standpoint, is heaven for them really hell because they have to sleep with these men?

How did they get to heaven as virgins? Are they girls who died at a very young age? Is it nice to screw children in heaven?

Or are these virgins old dried up spinsters that never had a man in their lives before they died?

They might think they had died and gone to heaven ...

Here's a sanity test. If you believe one frickin' thing about your religion, whether it be afterlife, or an invisible god floating there who knows your name and gives a flying freak whether you live or die, you are completely insane.

Prayer does not work, as has been show by hundreds of double blind studies on sick people.

There is no afterlife, you complete insane morons. But, there are plenty of con men, who want to control your thoughts, and therefore control YOU, why can't you see that? Freaking sheep.

More crap from someone who doesn't speak Arabic, doesn't know much about Arabian history or culture yet pretends to speak for Arabs, Muslims and those he has a vile hatred for.

Instead of 72 virgins I'd like maybe 20 virgins. Throw in June Cleaver and Loni Anderson. Then a variety including a few very experienced prostitutes.

I'm thinking of starting my own religion. First I need more planning on the heaven part. That seems to be the big draw.

Doesn't seem all that different from Mark 16:17-18,

"Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."

            Why wait and take a chance that the ‘72 virgins in heaven’ deal maybe is really just false religious advertising. Maybe the Mohammedans should improvise on their system of sex after ascension and consider what the Imperial Japanese army did during the Rape of Nanking China to the younger Chinese women as an alternative to sex after death;

            From; http://www.historyplace.com/worldhistory/genocide/...
            “In addition, the notorious Comfort Women system was introduced which forced young Chinese women to become slave-prostitutes, existing solely for the sexual pleasure of Japanese soldiers.”;

In this case young virginal females, or young ‘males‘if one wishes(all nationalities and genders would apply; it pays to be equitable), could be forced, or ‘paid’ if you like, to have sex, only with the blessings of (a little cultural improvisation here) Allah of course, with a randy Jihadist before he or she gloriously ascends to heaven after killing themselves and others in the name of Allah or Muhammad.

Who knows this ‘improvisation’ may settle the little buggers down to the point they may not want to go kill themselves and others all the time in the name of Allah.

Kob: Your feelings on why you don't need to provide evidence or why someone wouldn't believe it are quite irrelevant, as well as your beliefs on what it is that those who are familiar with the Bible will or should know.
Mut: And your feelings ARE relevant? Really?
Kob: You either have the scriptural evidence to support your claims about the Bible or you do not.
Mut: Which, I'm guessing, you won't agree with if I were to post them.
Kob: Since you have not provided any scriptural evidence, I've concluded that you do not and that all your Biblical assertions are BS.
Mut: Well, go ahead and think so. Others who know the Bible know what I'm talking about, I bet. They've heard those scriptures I mentioned before.
Kob: What concerns your duplicity, then there is plethora of evidence on this thread alone, starting with you applying different standards to Christians and Muslims (even though you KNOW that vast majority of Muslims just like vast majority of Christians don't follow their holy book word for word)
Mut: Right. And, thank God most Muhammadans don't.
Kob: and ending with your absolutely false claims that there was no Christian violence and that there are no verses in the Bible that both support and demand Christian violence against those with different beliefs.
Mut: Well, when was someone killed for drawing a picture of Jesus, deported for naming a Teddy Bear, Jesus, carved off a head to "Jesus is Great", strapped on a bomb before entering two pet stores, killing over a hundred and NO Christian protesting such acts ONLY protesting people drawing pictures of Jesus?
