Held for more than 35 years on Whidbey Island, the Choochokam Arts Festival is typically held the second week of July. There is no more beautiful setting than Whidbey Island for a gathering of the public and local artists to celebrate "A gathering of the stars" which is what Choochokam means in Hopi.
