She isn't smart, because she already has gotten it on with the CIA.
Look for a stream of carefully placed leaks by the CIA about Pelosi's knowledge from now until she gets booted from the Speakership of the House.-

it's starting now.........she's weakened and bloodied now, her credibility or what was left of it is in the crapper.......I hope the Dems continue to rally around her.

Nancy Pelosi has begun hitting back more than a week after a CIA leak showed that she knew about waterboarding in 2002, well before she objected to the enhanced-interrogation techniques employed by the Bush administration. After a series of changing explanations for the briefings, Pelosi accused the CIA of lying to her in the meetings, saying that her briefers told her that waterboarding was not being used on Abu Zubaydah:
