But voters will not be swayed just by rows of zeroes. They may be moved if they see that people are not getting their just desserts.

I'm sure ready to serve up some "just desserts" in 2010. Thanks President Obama for putting us all in the poor house.

    FTA:
    $3.6 trillion -- and the larger-than-previously-projected $1,841,000,000,000 budget deficit

That means we will be borrowing 50 cents for every dollar spent

Is that the way you run your budget?

    You guys are ridiculous.

    So you say that

    - the Dems spending money to fix the Reps' fkups, create jobs, REINSTATING habeus corpus, stopping warrantless wiretappings, stopping torturing, bringing down healthcare costs, closing tax havens allowing the richest people & corps to NOT PAY THEIR TAXES, & on & on & on

is somehow infringing no our liberties more than:

    - the reps giving us an illegal war, deregulating to the point where we're in the crisis we're in now, consolidating more & more money into fewer & fewer hands, trying to kill dissenting views in the media, revoking habeus corpus, warrantless wiretapping, torture, extraordinary rendition, search & seizure without notification, limiting or disallowing protests, careful screening of audiences AT PUBLIC TAX-PAYER PAID EVENTS, & on & on & on.

So an admin trying to RE-distribute the money & jobs into the majority of Americans & small business who actually work, pay taxes & create jobs, & reinstating the rule of law is limiting our liberties more than an admin who only cared about ITS interpretation of the 2nd amendment.

You guys should REALLY wake up - unless you're part of the richest 1%.
