        jonmaverick, I live in a civilized location within the U.S. where I've never needed a gun. (I'm also well trained in their use.)

          Beau, I also have never needed a gun per se, however I am much more likely to leave the house without my cell phone than my gun. I live just five minutes from Virginia Tech, the example of which I consider actual proof that sometimes it would be better to have a gun than not.
