Wiki. The problem with Credit Card Companies is that they are able to get away with anything. They work together as a Monopoly. And good or excellent credit, good payment record, Credit score, nothing will keep you from being scammed by them.

What this country needs is a National Usury law and severe penalties for unethical or illegal conduct by those legal loan sharks.
This new Bill of Rights for the consumer is nothing but a farce. At least the last iteration of the bill I saw. All it really does is legalize more thievery.
