I didn't know a lot about Wayman when he played basketball, but after he retired and started playing jazz, i loved his music. I have some of his CD's, In the Zone is one of my favorites.

After he had his leg amputated a few months ago, they made him a prosthesis in crimson and cream with the OU logo. They had a piece about it on the news and he was laughing and joking and seemed to be doing okay. It was kind of a shock when he died, even though he had been sick.
