Kuwaitis voted for change in the Gulf emirate's second poll in a year, giving women their first seats in parliament and punishing Sunni Islamic groups, according to results released on Sunday.

hmmmm...there are many gulfs in the world with different names, which gulf would this be?
Is there such a thing called Gulf on any map?
If they are referring to Persian Gulf then why do they keep calling it just Gulf?
If it was those self appointed Emirs, sheikhs and kings of these Persian Gulf states who called it Gulf I could understand since they have shown no respect for their own people let alone for their biggest neighbor in North of Persian Gulf, but why would yahoo.com print fake and misleading names as if these names signify anything?
