    An example of why I have always stressed...do not buy a home, but build out of your pocket...examples would be a 25x25 foot slab for a start...even with a basement below...the slab would cover temporarily as a roof.(adding vinyl and adhesive)access to the power level can be made from a cheap configeration of steps with a cover to prevent rain, etc. from entering...and (k-modes)...fixtures flush up also.
